- We are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the app
5. Body Image Uploads
- Users may upload images for body analysis
- By uploading images, you grant Fitness Guru permission to use them for analysis and service improvement
- Images are reviewed only by authorized professionals and handled securely
You must ensure:
- You own or have rights to the images
- The images do not violate any laws or third-party rights
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Fitness Guru operates on a subscription-based model
- Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
Refunds
- All payments are subject to the respective platform’s refund policies (Apple / Google)
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the app, including:
- Workout plans
- Meal plans
- Branding, logos, UI/UX
is the property of Fitness Guru and protected by applicable laws.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission
